Spend relaxing days during your stay in Tuscany with a group of people that have a passion for enjoyment. Together we will go shopping at local markets, creating culinary delicacies, all in a relaxed atmosphere. We will learn a lot about the cuisine, culture, and enjoyment. In order to take a look behind the scenes, we will pay a visit to selected food producers.

Have you ever experimented with a real pizza oven? Let tomatoes dry overnight to see how they changed, smell, and taste the next day?
As part of the cooking saloon, we are able to explore and discover new products with outstanding quality.
Together, we visit regional markets and producers, which will provide us with the ingredients that nature creates at the respective time to create a multi-course menu from these precious foods, which is created by the many ideas and suggestions of all participants.
Doesn´t it seem tempting to preserve the freshness and taste of the food nature provided us with? For example saltcitrons enrich many dishes with their aroma or making delicious rose jelly with our own roses of the garden of La Gioiella.
By putting in, baking, canning and marinating various fruits and vegtables, you can take home the smell of the cooking saloon.
